How to Register for Brick

Complete the online form first, then submit the required hard-copy documents for verification and account activation.

Step 1

01Open the coal distribution portal

Visit bsmcl.in or coaljunction.in and open Coal distribution.

02Create login credentials

Click Signup, fill the required details, and submit the form. User id and password are sent to the registered email id.

03Choose the correct industry category

Select Industry, choose Brick Industry, complete the online registration form, and submit it.

04Upload documents and accept terms

Upload the required documents and click Accept Terms & Condition.

05Keep the confirmation document

After confirmation, an email is sent with the filled registration form for future reference.

04EC from SEIAA, if applicable as per Notification No. 2645 dated 14/09/2020

05NOC (CTO / proof of submission of CTO application) from State Pollution Control Board

06Royalty receipt along with application submitted in District Mining Office

07Land / lease hold document of the unit

08Bankers Certificate mentioning Account Detail as per format

09Any Government Identity Proof (Aadhar / Passport / Voter Id / DL etc.)

10Two signed copies of Fuel Supply Agreement

11Sworn in Affidavit as per format

12Authorization for Signatory as per format
